How much does shipping cost?
How is my board shipped?
All Boards are packaged in either Flexi-hex cardboard packaging or with plastic wrap, reinforced rails, tail, nose, deck and bottom with cardboard and shipped inside a sturdy cardboard box. Items are shipped via our freight partners Including Pilot, South Eastern, UPS and Van Transport.
How long will it take until my order is shipped?
All in stock items are processed for shipping in 24-48 business hours.
Can I track my order?
You will receive a tracking number and carrier information to the email you provided in your order. The tracking information can take a few hours to update once it has been collected by the carrier service. If you have not received a shipping notification after 48 business hours, please email usa@ecsboards-australia.com
What happens if the board arrives damaged?
We take great care in packaging each item to ensure it arrives undamaged. Despite our efforts, in rare cases beyond our control, items may incur damage during transit.
All shipments are fully insured against damage before you sign for them. However, your signature upon receipt constitutes final acceptance of the merchandise in its delivered condition from the freight company, releasing them from further responsibility. Therefore, no claims or returns can be accepted after you have signed for the delivery. Please thoroughly inspect your board before signing to ensure satisfaction.
If you find any damage upon delivery and are unsatisfied with the condition of your board, please contact us immediately at (772) 999 6988 and refuse the shipment. We will promptly send a replacement board at no additional cost.
For any damage noticed after you have accepted your order, please email us at usa@ecsboards-australia.com with details and photos of the damage within 24 hours of delivery. We handle these cases individually but strive to find a satisfactory resolution.
