Our return policy is 30 days from the date of purchase. Items returned must be in like-new condition, with no visible signs of wear, and must be accompanied by all accessories and parts included with the item. All Boards are packaged in bubble wrap, reinforced rails, tail, nose, deck, and bottom with cardboard and shipped inside a sturdy cardboard box.
To return your product to ECS, please email us at ecsboardsus@gmail.com and include your order number, item(s) you wish to return and a copy of your receipt. When returning an item, you will be responsible for paying the shipping costs. All products are inspected upon arrival at our distribution center. Depending on the condition of the product, or if the original parts or accessories are missing, the amount you are refunded may be reduced. Once approved, we will issue a refund back to the original payment method. When shipping items over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable):
After 7 business days, if you haven’t received a refund, first contact your bank or credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at: ecsboards.us@gmail.com
You may exchange the board for any other board that we have in stock, no questions asked.
