Returns

ECS stands behind the quality of our products.

Our return policy is 30 days from the date of purchase. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and not damaged, and in the original packaging. All Boards are packaged in bubble wrap, reinforced rails, tail, nose, deck and bottom with cardboard and shipped inside a sturdy cardboard box. Return shipping payable by the buyer. Gift cards are not returnable.

To return your product, please contact us for details: ecsboards.us@gmail.com. We will require a receipt or proof of purchase. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5 business days. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable):
After 7 business days, if you haven’t received a refund yet, first contact your bank or credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at: ecsboards.us@gmail.com

Exchanges

You may exchange the board for any other board that we have in stock, no questions asked.
